PLEASE NOTE:
Picnic admission has been reduced this year due to the economy, even though are expenses have increased. We don't want cost to keep anyone from coming. Because of this, the majority of the St. Jude donation will come from money given ahead of time via check, or a link on this page, and from a collection made the day of the picnic. Encourage your co-workers, family, and friends to donate. You could win recognition for bringing in the most money donated to St. Jude! Let's top last year's donation of over $1200!

WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR CHECK OR PAYPAL PAYMENT FOR THE PICNIC. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN THROUGH JUNE 20, 2009. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THAT DATE.

Please include your name, names of others attending, address, phone number and an email address with your check and make sure that you indicate the sizes needed for T-shirt orders (small, medium, large, X-large, or 2X). If making a donation to St. Jude via check, please make that on a separate check, payable to St. Jude.
OR you may pay via Paypal. (50 cents will be added to each admission and t-shirt ordered to help cover the cost of using Paypal.)
PICNIC ADMISSION
T-SHIRT ORDERS FOR THOSE ATTENDING THE PICNIC-$10 for sizes S, M, L, XL and $12 for 2X. These will not be mailed and can be picked up Thursday night or at the picnic.
T-SHIRT ORDERS FOR THOSE WHO WANT A SHIRT BUT ARE NOT ATTENDING THE PICNIC AND NEED THEM MAILED-$15 for S, M, L, XL, or $17 for 2X. (Please note: Shirts ordered between June 28th-July 6th, 2009, will not be mailed out until after July 6th.)
